I provide business consulting, brand development, marketing systems setup, and strategic services as outlined in your signed service agreement. A signed service agreement and payment confirmation are required before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are due upfront as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. All payment processing will be handled securely via our trusted payment partners (e.g., Stripe, ReDirect).
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver results effectively, clients agree to:
-Provide necessary access to systems, logins, and assets required to complete the work.
-Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and collaboration in a timely manner.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of Kingdom Creative, LLC until payment is completed in full. Custom deliverables created during your project may be licensed for your business use.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide transformational results, we cannot guarantee specific revenue, growth, or outcomes due to external factors beyond our control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed terms in the contract. Any outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA.

I absolutely love celebrating and showcasing my clients’ wins to inspire others! That said, if you’d rather I not share your success story, I completely understand.

Refund Policy

At Kingdom Creative, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional services. Due to the nature of consulting and digital deliverables, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not available for completed services, deliverables, or time already invested.
If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
2. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project within 48 hours of payment for a partial refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are no longer available.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the deliverables, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in the original agreement.
