3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver results effectively, clients agree to:

-Provide necessary access to systems, logins, and assets required to complete the work.

-Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and collaboration in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of Kingdom Creative, LLC until payment is completed in full. Custom deliverables created during your project may be licensed for your business use.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide transformational results, we cannot guarantee specific revenue, growth, or outcomes due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed terms in the contract. Any outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA.
