3. Client Responsibilities

4. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of Kingdom Creative, LLC until payment is completed in full. Custom deliverables created during your project may be licensed for your business use.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide transformational results, we cannot guarantee specific revenue, growth, or outcomes due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed terms in the contract. Any outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available for completed services, deliverables, or time already invested.

If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.

2. Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a project within 48 hours of payment for a partial refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are no longer available.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the deliverables, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as outlined in the original agreement.
